GENERAL

▹ You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
▹ I reserve the right to decline any commission or request that makes me uncomfortable or that I do not feel confident executing to a satisfactory standard.
▹ Requests that involve replicating another artist's style may be declined.
▹ I am not responsible for any misunderstandings that happen from the commissioner's failure to fully read and understand my Terms of Service.
▹ I'm allowed to decline any commission request.
▹ I'm allowed to post the commissions on my social media.
▹ My style can vary.
▹ Clients affirm they own the necessary permissions or rights to characters and images used as references. The artist holds no responsibility for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters.
▹ Don't edit my work.
▹ Use for AI is strictly PROHIBITED

REVISIONS

▹ You get a revision after the sketching process.
▹ A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
▹ If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.

PAYMENT

▹ The payment will be via Paypal in Euros €.
▹ Commissions must be paid 100% upfront unless previously discussed.
▹ Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
▹ Rush fee will be 30% extra of the total price.
▹ Privacy fee will be 25% extra.
▹ DO NOT retract yourself.

USAGE POLICY

▹ For NON-commercial use unless unless a separate agreement for commercial use has been made (Twitch usage is okay).
▹ You can use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
▹ Do NOT reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially (means making money off it in any way).
▹ Do NOT claim the artwork as your own.
▹Do NOT remove my signature from the artwork.
